The Jackson Prism Lure has proven itself many times over as a great Barra lure up north, with the most effective methods of use being short and sharp twitches and pausing in between, which lets the lure float up parallel to the surface to mimic an injured baitfish. It's sharp, direct action comes from the design of the thin bib and the sharp edges along the lure. The different angles on the lure also enhance the flashing effect as the lure wobbles along, attracting prey from afar.
Designed specifically for Barra, the Jackson Prism lure is also proven on flathead and has caught some really nice fish on the south coast of NSW when swum along the shallows and over drop-offs into main channels.
